Saliva ejectors are used in dental offices everywhere. They are low-volume tips that are used to suction saliva from a patient’s mouth during procedures. These tips are used during preventive procedures. High-volume evacuators (known as HVE) are also called aspirator tips. Tips are used both in restorative and surgical procedures. They are made of sturdy hollow tubes attached at the end of the evacuator.
